The business ventures of The Chocolate Bar, located in Bucks County, PA are inspired by the joy of chocolate.  How many things do you know in your life, that can create pure bliss. The energy is captivating because it's as complex as a fine wine or a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.  The enjoyment in the blends and history that's infused in the variety of chocolates is as pure as the laughter of a child. The Mission of The Chocolate Bar is to"Bringing the World of Chocolate to You".

Over the last five years I've learned a lot about the world of chocolate, including baking with dark chocolate.  The journey has been so interesting. There's a pull, like a magnet, for me to continue to learn more and support those who are experts in the Industry.

Each event that is planned, provides a way for you to learn more about the Industry too. Yes, it's about wonderful flavors...and more. As you listen to environmental issues that impact the cocoa plantations, as you understand that the wildlife can become endangered if their habitat is destroyed and about communities that learn to collaborate to manufacture chocolate to improve their standards of living: the flavors will let you travel from the artisans in our community, to other parts of the world. _____________________________________________________________________________
